


This week {far4} welcomes pieces from one of the oldest porcelain manufactures in Europe, Augarten Wien. The chinoisery inspired Ena art deco service, originally created in 1930, is a perfect example of it’s period – it incorporates oriental elements in a modern, vibrant design. New to the store this week are the amazing and unique Pixel Sculptings by local artist, James Dykes. His pieces combine original photography with outside sources. Dykes often combines scaned film prints and original material to create his one of a kind digitally manipulated images.
“Heartache and Lust for Vanity” or “Humpty Dumpty Story” comes framed ($2,100) and unframed ($900). Both pieces are currently exhibited at {far4}.

New to the store this week are the ribbon and spaghetti bracelets and rings by Fish Design. Based out of Milan, Fish Design makes their fabulously juicy jewelry pieces out of lightweight and environmentally friendly polyurethane. Each item is one of a kind and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
