Thinking bow ties brings to mind your grandpa? Well, think twice! On my last trip to Paris I was delighted to meet with designer Laurent Desgrange to learn more about his line of hand crafted bow ties. I loved the quality of Laurent’s creations and it came as no surprise that the designer himself hand sows all of the pieces. Although designed as bow ties for men, these accessories can be worn as head bands for women (each one comes with a satin ribbon), belts or, for an informal look, as a broach/clip on the lapel of a jacket. The versatility makes these bows the ultimate recession accessory – isn’t it great when you and your boyfriend can share a bow tie?
